Taylor at the office answered my call early in the morning and worked with my schedule to get a plumber out that same Friday afternoon. Blake, our plumber, walked into a bigger mess than I anticipated, and he had to crawl under our kitchen sink, cut a hole to access the bath plumbing, and he had to make some major renovations to some poor construction that the previous home owner never told us about. Jeff came when expected, and was polite and helpful. He was prepared with everything he needed for the several jobs I needed done. He was able to do what we agreed on, plus a couple of things I had expected to get done at a later time. And to put frosting on the cake, he fixed a hinge on a cupboard door that needed a screw.
